Description
Talk to any wastelander long enough and eventually you'll notice a running trend. Nearly all of them have been faced with the age-old dilemma of "I want to shoot this guy to death, but I don't want him to hear it" and for that the answer would be simply be a makeshift surpressor crammed into the barrel of their gun.

But sometimes there's more to the equation, sometimes the dilemma may be "I want to shoot this guy to death but I don't want him to hear or feel it." That's where this shady piece of American Pre-War design comes into play. Hide this handy tool inside your best suit, smooth-talk your way past those bouncers, and riddle your back-biting casino rivals with tiny holes. Tiny holes they won't notice until taking a long swig of their Nuka-Cola™ and seeing it promptly spray out of the newly discovered .22 bullet-sized holes all over them. #JustNewVegasThings

While .22's were never known for packing enough punch to bring down automated sentry bots in underground bunkers or metal-clad, drugged out raiders, they're considered viable enough to pluck off unarmored foes. Luckily enough that matches the description of every enemy in Left 4 Dead.

The silenced .22 SMG from Fallout: New Vegas replaces the Silenced SMG with this mod, complete with the firing sounds from the game.

Original non-Fallout A180 mod

@Nikkolai of Jericho isn't the barrel shorter? And I think it uses a different frame.

The viewmodel for Bill's custom playermodel is a little broken. When using this weapon, you can see inside of his left hand.

This is actually a MGV-176, a Slovenian weapon.

Basically the same weapon though, Michael. The port of entry really makes no difference. Only the mechanics behind the firing.
