Queek's Sangheili Voice Pack #2

Description
First Voice Pack - https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1369657690

The second of the two voice packs that are best paired with the fantastic Sangheili cosmetics by Condensed Turtle Flesh & Kexx.
This is the second tone used by Elites in Halo 3, a bit more shouty than the first, but who doesn't like more voice variety?

I plan to refine this pack a bit more in the future, alongside the first one.

--TO DO--
- Increase Volume of Voice Lines if feedback lets me know of any issues
- Add additional voice lines to some actions and events.

--PLANNED THINGS--
Make a voice pack for Arby: In-Progress, I don't want to release it until I feel satisfied that it's good. But whereas the other Elite voices had dedicated taunts, death noises and the lot. Arbiter doesn't, why? I don't know.

--RECOMMENDED MODS--
- [WOTC] Halo: Elites - https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1308916758

There's an Arbiter voice pack already up, although it might not exactly be compatible with WOTC, but imo, I'd use Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 5, along with halo audiobooks and similar sounding Keith David roles in other media to find a decent arbiter pack.

Sadly no, haven't played XCOM in a while now. Though that's not the main reason.
Arby was delayed because unlike the regular H3 Elites he had far fewer lines to work with. The regulars had to have many different and applicable lines recorded to keep their dialogue varied through any kind of event, but Arby only needed cutscene dialogue and a few goofy lines if you stared at him.

I hated the idea of adding nonsensical lines to XCOM more than anything since it broke my immersion, and having less than half of the variety than usual I tried to do some sound edits. But when that failed I became rather disheartened and quietly dropped the task.

Considering how long it has been, I'm assuming were not getting that Arby voice pack, huh?

What's the mod that adds the soldier icons to the top right in the video?

Great Mod. I forgot how well acted the Elites of Halo 3 were. They honesty say some of the best lines in video games for side characters, and their voices sound like warriors. I even give these voices to regular human troops.

So satisfying to hear after a kill:

"Get up, why don'y you get up!"
"How does it feel to be dead... wait, don't answer that"
"You can't best a Sangheili, Vermin!"

You really put in good work to pair up the appropriate lines for item picks ups, sprinting etc., for both voice packs, which a lot of people don't do when they upload a voice pack.

@The Metamotion It's been on hold for a while. As the description mentions I want it to be a good voice pack, but the Halo 3 voice files are lacking in a lot of areas compared to the generic Elite voices. Arby would be silent for a lot of basic actions, or repeat the same line a lot, and that'd be disappointing to me. I would like to have his voice as well, so I'll bring this back to the front and see if I can perhaps find files from Halo 5 that may work along with what I've got, if I can't I'll likely just adjust my existing voices a bit and leave the Arbiter's voice to another modder with more patience than me.
