@PooPovinka1337 yes it does, you probably have a mod conflicting with it, this is always the case when people say it doesn't work.

Also set VFX quantity to max, or is it the first time you install a mod? if yes make sure you close the game and the launcher after you subscribe to a mod in steam.

Also the red zone only appears in phase changes of DOTM. When she starts doing her AOE damage skill.
