Pax Absoluta

Description
We all now the situation:
You declare war on your South American neighbor, the United Kingdom joins the war, you force your neighbor to capitulate and now there is a stalemate for years, since neither you nor the UK possess the strength to invade the other, hindering both countries from moving on.

The Solution?
"Pax Absoluta"

What does it do?
It allows you to let your enemies vote for or against peace. If the outcome is in favor of peace, all participating nations will make a white peace. Addidtionally, all occupied states are transferred to their controller.

How does it work?
- Factions will vote democratically for or against peace.
--> Only major powers of a faction or countries fighting alone may vote.
- If the major powers of a faction calling for peace reach a majority, peace will be made. (The AI uses an unbalanced system to decide whether to vote for or against peace.)
--> The outcome of the voting will be revealed about a month later.
- When peace is made, all occupied states are transferred to their controllers.
--> Your faction members are not affected unless you are a major power.
- If you fail to make peace, you will have to wait 15 days until you can enter negotiations with the same faction again.
- Only one peace treaty may be negotiated at a time.
- The AI does (should?) not reach out to negotiate peace on its own.

Now go and conquer America! Your destiny awaits!

Compatibility:
Should be compatible with any other mod.
NOT achievement compatible

Things worth knowing:
- The decision making of the AI is not (yet) balanced (at all).
- If you get annoyed by your enemies constantly declining a peace in an obviously hopeless situation, type "set_global_flag pax_yesman" into your console. Now, the AI will always vote "yes".
- If you want to have the opposite effect (for whatever reason), type "set_global_flag pax_noman" instead.
- Type "event pax.0" to revert these actions.

Finally, thanks to Tetori, who had the original idea of the mod and whose work my mod is partially based on.

If you want to have changes, you will have to make them yourself because I won't be working on this mod anytime soon if ever again

I would like to update the situation. It makes the game crash now. Don't know why.

Actually, at its current state, the AI is not supposed to use the decision. Why they would start spamming white peace is something I don't know

I wonder many things about after the game updated to version 1.6.0. It's currently working fine not sure about bug but the AIs frequently spam white peace when I sunk many of their ships. Or some times they don't use the decision with the players. First, I thought it was about AI variable for surrender but I'm not sure. Do you have any ideas on that?
