I know I would end up decorating parts of this quay for non-industrial areas, so I figured I might as well add it to the network and release it. Make sure you get the tree and planter from the talented Pdelmo and Armesto!

The tires are a prop consisting of 4 tires repeated a lot. I didn't have any noticeable drop in fps because of this, but if your graphics card is on the weaker end or you'd just like to save on custom assets, you can leave it out no problem.

It's the same width and depth as the old stone quay and so transitions well into it. And it ofc transitions perfectly into the industrial quay.

A special thank you
To my patron Pasi :D

@aubergine18: I do not, no. I have considered changing it to let the top have the map theme's pavement, but perhaps a new version would be a better option.

@Avanya do you have a version of this in brick so the top part of it more seamlessly joins with the other quays?

I love your quays. I didn't want the tires on this quay, so I just didn't sub to them and it still looks great from the water side. Here's a screenshot from the road/park side.

Hey Avanya,

the fence network idea is great!. That will work. Thanks for your assets BTW. There all really useful.

@hkcgalantfan001: Probably not no. I don't have any space on the texture for that and honestly I'd rather make some new quays than more variations of the ones I have already made. ;)

I'll add a fence network in the near future though that can be placed and moved to the edge of the quay if you'd really like a fence on it. :)

Hey Avanya,

The quay assets are awesome!. Thank you a ton. Any chance we may ever see a version of this with a railing along it's edge?.

Thank you.

@BadPeanut: Good to know it isn't just me that couldn't get it to work. :)

@Rooster: The bollards are props, so they also disappear at a certain point. But their size is realistic - you also can't see the real thing on satelite images except when you're really close. ;) As for the colors the description explains why this version exists. I didn't try to make something for the fancy parts of a city and I have no intentions of making any recolors of this or tweeking the colors of it. I like it as it is. Hopefully you can find something else for what you want.

Whilst the industrial one looks pukka in a dock setting (though you can hardly see those yellow bollards ;unless you get real close) this decorated one is far too dark (for me) to use in a fancier location.Opinion.

@avanya yeah I've tried it as well - the AI definitely doesn't recognise it
