Since we got networks added to the editor I've wanted to make this to give harbors a more industrial feel. Due to the shape of it the tris is a bit higher than the default quay, but I think it's worth it. A flat surface with a normal map just doesn't look as good.

The tires are a prop consisting of 4 tires repeated a lot. I didn't have any noticeable drop in fps because of this, but if your graphics card is on the weaker end or you'd just like to save on custom assets, you can leave it out no problem.

It's the same width and depth as the old stone quay and so transitions well into it. And it ofc transitions perfectly into the decorated quay.
