[TTT] Traitor Detector [DETECTIVE WEP]

This works only for TTT mode (Server Only)

A detective weapon that detects traitors near you.
After it is used, it lets you know if a traitor is near you in a sphere radius
of 500 units.
At the start of the detection a sound is emitted. While in use
the detective can move but cannot switch weapons.
