This is the "itasha"[en.wikipedia.org] spaceship version.
TALL WHITEのパッチMODです。
痛宇宙船です。


Anime character's decal ship can be selected on the empire edit screen.
アニメキャラクターのデカール船が帝国エディット画面で選択できるようになっています。

I don't fully understand what this is. Is this a texture pack for a portrait pack? or is this just a secondary texture pack? Is there another mod needed for these skins?
