OBSOLETE Miner-Drone MK 4 (Uses Rdav's Automated mining script)

Description
OBSOLETE: I will not be supporting these ships, however you should be able to find ships that perform the same functions or better, plus some extras, here: https://steamproxy.net/workshop/filedetails/?id=1704002022

A Drone miner designed to mine out asteroids using Rdav's Autominer script.
It comes equipped with 2 other scripts:

1. Isy's Refueler script - Toggles battery recharge, lights and thrusters on docking. Once docked, disables the autominer script until the batteries are fully charged. This way the drone doesnt run out of power half way through an asteroid.
2. Blarg's Fancy Ruler - uses the front camera and outputs to the LCD panel (viewable from the camera) to give a distance to the asteroid the drone is facing. Once you are 30m away, you can take a GPS for Rdav's script. Be sure to switch off the ruler script PB after use to minimize the number of scripts running

Drone Features:
1. 3 Scripts for easy automated mining.
2. Large Ion Thrusters in every direction
3. Battery power, with back-up reactors
4. Stone ejection system.
5. side lights and Spotlights
6. Projector loaded with BP of the Drone for easy repairs
7. Underside Connetor with docking camera.

Interesting, I guess I'll look into how much changes I need to make to use that script instead...

true, It was very frustrating, but the PAM script has stone ejection features build into it and you dont have to mine out the WHOLE asteroid, so I switched to using that one.

Ok thanks, just seems to be a pain as it returns when it's mostly full of stone all the time if it's not dumping.

wow, I actually forgot about this thing!

Yes, the stone ejection system should be manually turned on and off from the toolbar. Rdav's script at the time didn't play well with leaving floating rocks in miner tunnels and I have not been keeping up to date with that script.

However may I suggest using [PAM] Path Auto Miner script by Keks instead:

The stone ejection system doesn't seem to be automatic, it seems to have to be either turned on or off by the user via remote, is this intended?

Ok thanks

Rdav's are usually very user friendly, they will tell you if something isnt set up right, and if in doubt, leave a comment on the script's page, people in space engineers are usually very helpful! :)

Sorry I haven't played space engineers in a long while, so I don't think the script would be up to date

have you already made the update to the script or no...?
