A synthwave themed wallpaper with additional animation filters and masking. The original wallpaper is called Highway and was created by AxiomDesign.

Among the added animated elements are light transient clouds, twinkling stars, subtle pulsing on the mountains, shimmering water to replace the ground, slowly pulsing godrays on the neon strips and a reflection on the water.

I run this wallpaper on both my 16x9 and 21x9 displays. It works fine on both with only minor cropping on the edges.
