The March Of The Dwemer - v0.6

Description
Main Mod Page (Nexus) - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/38466

The March Of The Dwemer is a massive Quest mod describing the events that see the Dwemer return to Tamriel along with their many amazing technological advancements, a story that has the Dragonborn entangled in the Deep Elves' plans for not only the mortal world, but to Aetherius and beyond...

While not yet completely finished, the current build has an estimated playtime of over 20 hours, and consists of twenty-seven individual quests, twenty-one of which relate to the Main Storyline, and six being side quests, with plenty more to come as the mod continues it's many stages of construction; along with the quests comes many useful, completely finished functions, such as increasing the amount of ingots that can be made from ore, retrieving metals and crafting materials from most items, two new armor and weapon tiers, a large amount of powerful dishes that makes cooking a viable option, a new, in-world perk tree, armored jewelry and circlets, and fast, free, underground travel around Skyrim...

To begin the mod, simply head to the Bannered Mare Inn in Whiterun and use the bed for rent upstairs, and you will be teleported into a dream about The Storyteller, where he will explain the story thus far, then simply leave when you are ready and a scene will begin downstairs; I will also add there are no voice files available in this mod, so you must also have "Fuz Ro D-oh - Silent Voice" by shadeMe ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14884 ), or any other silent voice replacement mod active for this mod to progress correctly...

Ah, alright.

"Going Out With A Bang" is the final quest made so far; there will be more quests in the future, it is not the end of the story just yet, just the end for now...

Got it.

BTW, is "Going Out With A Bang" truly the final part of the quest, or is there more to it?

Head directly south from the Bcherym lift, until you see a cage where a wolf can spawn inside; directly north west from the cage, only a few steps, you should see it clearly in front of you, is a field of stones...

The raised segment of dirt with a grave stone at the base is where the keystone is...

For the keystone

I'm having a bit of trouble with this Infnite Orb part. I kept reading, but I'm still lost.

Alright, the Steam version of v0.6 is now live, hopefully without issue; take note of two very important details:

- One, this is technically an inferior version to the Nexus upload, as several pieces of unique armor on several NPCs had to be removed and replaced with something more basic due to asset permission, but the functional aspects of the mod remain unchanged...

- Two, the Dawnguard dependency HAD to be removed in order for the mod to continue production (though the DLC is still necessary to play as this mod requires it's assets), and as such, I CANNOT guarantee what will happen for save files that already had the previous version in it; I highly recommend a clean save, and if not possible, a clean install...

The entire mod has been overhauled, in almost every aspect, so it should be at least a mildly different experience for repeat players, that is, until you hit the new content, which should happen two to three hours sooner, according to my testing...

I'm so very sorry to hear the troubles you're having, it's very bizarre to see someone experience such a severe blockade from a completely clean setup, as so many others have been successful in playing it so far with far less effort; unfortunately, when it comes to the technical side of making the mod work, I'm rather lacking in any knowledge that can help you, and while I'd very much wish that you could play it, it doesn't seem like that's in the cards, you have my deepest apologies...

unplayable, i ran a fresh install of skyrim with clean files and a fresh download of the mod and ONLY the mod. hours of trying to get it to work and its unplayable without having to script-command each quest step

My pleasure, and thank you for the information; after the fighting starts, I may just have to remove them, I don't think anyone would notice...
