(WOTC) Repair Removes Acid

Description
Makes a SPARK's Repair ability heal various detrimental conditions, just like a Medikit. The only one that can normally affect a SPARK is acid burn, so that is the main use of this mod.

WOTC Only.

I copied the exact same code as the medikit so it probably will.

Freeze from the Alien Rulers DLC can also be healed by Medikits. Does Repair cure being frozen now?
