Feathered Avians (Standalone Species)

Description
Adds winged avians as a separate species, for people who want winged avians without modifying the vanilla ones. Made using Skittle's race template. Requires character creation screen extender, as usual.

You probably can't, but if you get one of those mods that allow you to make completely customizable NPCs you should be able to make some that way.
