Designed for the ttt gamemode. A group of terrorists invade a facility built near a city canal, using its resources for unknown reasons. While most of the employees escaped, a few remain under the terrorists wandering the facility, who clearly dont want the terrorists to tamper with their business.

Features: 32 slots, outside canal area, lobby, control room, bathrooms, elevator, elevator shaft, storage area, armory, T room, T traps, tester, and more.
