Description
Here is another palm avenue with:
- one way car lane
- parking lane
- bidirectional protected bike lane
- wide sidewalk with custom stone pavement
- standard sidewalk on the other side.

This asset was inspired by the southern part of the sea promenade in San Benedetto del Tronto, Italy.

Don't forget to download all required assets!
Credits to the makers of the roadside props and trees, and particularly to MrMaison for his great palm tree!
Also thanks to SimoG and Ronyx69 for their precious suggestions.

DISCLAIMER:
This asset was designed for right-hand traffic and was not tested with left-hand traffic!

KNOWN ISSUES:
- No custom segments for bus stops. (Buses still work perfectly, just no stop marking on the ground).

Beautiful! Can we get a green bike path, please?

@Zurg - I haven't tested, but try using Harmony-based Network Skins 2 or Prop Replacer by @Kylte45 to replace them, even with "dummy" lights and trees (like @Clus has for their networks) and then see if you can replace them with European ones from another asset (e.g., UK, Italy, Spain, Germany...), or enabled via theme mixer 2.

Props can be generally be safely ignored if you do not intend to use them with your asset subscription . These are a little more important than just regular props or trees, but you should be able to workaround.

The only other workaround would be to export copies to models and import them back in Euro theme props and trees and such, like BadPenguin once did with his enabler mod, which is now semi-covered by the District Theme (or vice-versa with vanilla/American) but unfortunately, I can't provide any info (for both the rules and I'm too busy to try) on how to do so.

@Zurg
I'm not sure, but I'm afraid that both palm avenues only work in European Themes, since I used that theme in the asset editor at the time of development.

After subscribbing to Palm Avenue. Roads have no traffic lights and missing assets:

Traffic Light European 02
Traffic Light European 02 Mirror
Traffic Light Pedestrian European.

If I unsubscribe, I do not get this error.

I am using a Winter Theme save game. If I change the theme to European Theme, I am not getting these errors and this road has traffic lights.

As far as I know these are vanilla assets, but why are we getting this errore because of this road? Any solution?

I really like this idea, nice!

Thank you so much

Ah, so you did. I guess I missed that at the time?
Well, on the up side, everything else about it seemed to work fine and look pretty good.

Thanks @lozacenz!
As I wrote, it was not tested for left-hand traffic and I supposed that something weird would happen. Unfortunately I don't plan to investigate such issues due to lack of time.

Worth noting: If used with cars set to drive on the left, all the railway crossing barrier arms are on the wrong side of the tracks. Cars still stop where they're supposed to, of course, but it is amusing.

For the sake of clarity: in the original version there was grass in the middle as well. I've posted an update 1 hour ago.
