Hyperdimension Neptunia - Chika Hakozaki and Vert from Victory

Adds Chika Hakozaki and Vert (From Victory) from the Hyperdimension Neptunia Series.

I was so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bored so I made a mod to add Chika Hakozaki and Vert (from victory) to the game.

I intentionally don't wanted to be accurate to Hyperdimension Neptunia with everything, just to give the mod a little bit of my style. (I made this to mess arround not for Role-Playing)

Unit and Building info is in the Civilopedia Images above. But anyways here it comes...

The Stockade Soldier replaces the marine, it is specialized on Hit N' Run tactics and unlike the marine it has Ranged-Melee Combat.

The Spectre Soldier replaces the marine too and has Ranged-Melee combat too, which makes it different to the Stockade (Besides that it has less damage) is that this one is focused on stealth, It can enter enemy borders and has the same promotion as the submarine (Which makes it invisible until it attacks or it's adjacent to a enemy unit. Useful to give a bad surprise to your enemies.

I know, my Nerf jokes in the unique units are not fun.

The Leader Screen is supposed to change depending if the AI likes you or not. (Thank You Dynamic Leader Screen)
