Rome, Italy - Via del Mare (SP8 - A90/E80) Ribbon Interchange

Description
In my preparations for a trip to Europe, during which Rome will be a stop, I perused the city on Google Maps... and man oh man do they have some *interesting* interchanges and highway setups!

This is the first of perhaps a handful of Italian (in particular Roman) intersections and interchanges I'll be uploading. It's in the Southwest part of the city, not quite halfway between Rome's city center and the airport to the West. It connects SP8 and A90/E80.

If anyone knows if this interchange has a title or local name, please let me know!

Notes

1. In the screenshots of my city you may notice I moved the train tunnel to the inside of a ramp instead of outside (as it is in real life) because I thought it looked cooler this way. I also added a quay.

2. Wherever possible, I also changed the 1-lane elevated highway ramps to SimoG's awesome ramps with concrete walls, check 'em out and give him a thumbs up!: http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1329440631

3. If you don't have Move It, you don't know what you're missing. Even with pre-made intersections, it comes in handy to fix minor glitches and customize things to your liking.

4. As with virtually any other interchange in the workshop, try to place this on flat ground. I decided to have mine abut and at one point cross the river, so I had to use Move It to fix the uneven parts.

Updates
1. Changed the name according to dangagi4droid's info:

Hope you enjoy, please give it a thumbs up if you do!

@2punti I just added Network Extensions 2 as a requirement, which I didn't even think about when I published the interchange. It's possible some of the road segments are from that asset.

I can't use this asset.
Every time I load it, the game says it's broken.
Does anyone got the same problem?
I'm playing with Mass Transit, After Dark and Green Cities DLCs.

When you are in Naples you must try the "Sfogliatella" (a typical neapolitan sweet) and, of course, the pizza. In Amalfi I recommend you, after a plenty meal, a shot of "Limoncello" an excellent liquor made with the famous coastal lemons. See you soon

@dangagi4droid Yes we have! We are actually going to several locations, spending 3-5 nights at each place. Starting in Paris, then train to Barcelona, then flying to Naples and immediately taking a train to the Amalfi Coast area where we stay for several days. Then we take a train to Rome for just 2 nights.

Be sure to drop me a line when you finish your map!

last but not least, best wishes for your trip to Italy, have you already planned your route?

Recently, I created a map of the area where I live with 6 of the 33 exits of the "Raccordo", but I still don't feel ready to publish it because there are many improvements to be made. By the way, the interchanges of Raccordo also have numbers, in your case the exit is the number 28. Just out of curiosity, the first exit is called "Aurelia" (the historical road that leads to the Vatican City)

and the extis are numbered in a clockwise direction

Hi Agamemnicon,
that interchange is a part of peculiar roman road called "Tangenziale est" (East bypass road) which literally cuts the east part of the city from North to south east. It is an heavy-congestioned traffic road recently renovated, the section where that interchange is located has taken the name of "Nuova Circonvallazione Interna" born from the "ashes" of the old bypass road.
as for the GRA also these interchanges have no real names, but they bring the name of the joined road; in this case it is called "Monti tiburtini" which is both the name of the main street and the name of the nearest subway stop of "Linea B" (the blue line). I know our "Raccordo" and "Tangenziale" are masterpiece of road engineering but Romans drivers and many roman's roads are really a mess ... most of them are heavy congestioned and undersized for over three million citizens of Rome which become about five-six million during working days (usually from monday to friday)

@dangagi4droid Grazie mille! Your English is flawless my friend. Vado a Italia in 4 settimani, I'm very excited.

Thanks for all the details. It's hard to find information about these intersections online.. some of the Roman interchanges are so graceful yet confusing, I'm surprised nobody has tackled them so far.

Per favore.. puo dirme.. is there a name for this interchange? https://www.google.com/maps/place/Rome,+Metropolitan+City+of+Rome,+Italy/@41.9187034,12.5276888,849a,35y,18.74h,17.89t/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x132f6196f9928ebb:0xb90f770693656e38!8m2!3d41.9027835!4d12.4963655

Via de Monti Tiburtini and Circunvallazione Nomentana. I'm working on this one next:)
