Changing yields is a bit trickier if you're not a modder, but the name change is easy. Also, keep in mind that updating natural wonder art and placement are crazy-tricky (otherwise there would be a hundred new natural wonder mods).

To anyone who wants a different wonder: It's easy enough to go into the XML code and change the name and description of the wonder of your choice. The obvious choice is changing the name of Solomon's Mines (since that was added in BNW) to Shangri-La, Narnia, or whatever you're wanting (I went for Moria). As long as you only mess with certain text, the mod will still work.

To do this, go into GameText.xml, scroll down to "<Row Tag = 'TXT_KEY_FEATURE_MINES'>" and change the wonder's name below ("<Text> [Wonder Name] </Text>") and add a description right below that ("<Text> [Paragraph of Description] </Text>"), if you want. Be sure to leave the words "<Text>" and "</Text>". Poof, custom-named wonder.

Ambug666, I hope you don't mind me posting this.

This is one of my favorite mods. Thank you for spicing up the natural wonders! I don't know why you have 3 stars for this. It's even really easy to go into the XML code and change up the yields if you want to make things even crazier for a bit.

To the few posters noting certain places are real places: these are fictional and mythological wonders...both fiction and mythology often draw on real places. Just because Mt. Olympus is a real place doesn't mean it's not also a place of mythology. Obviously, we've long since proven there aren't gods up there, and yet this mod is clearly referencing the location's faith value (i.e., its value through mythology).

Again, LOVE this mod. Thank you!

To Lagnif,
I think that the Golf bit was a typo. The f and the d are really close together in Qwerty, Dvorak and Neo keyboards, causing typo's particularly on Qwerty keyboards (like the one I use). I assume you must be a user of either Colemak or some keyboard that I've never heard, as I'm sure any user of the two most popular keyboards (Qwerty & Dvorak) would make allowances for the error.

Mount Olympus is not mythological, it's a real mountain that the Ancient Greeks couldn't climb & thus they assumed the Gods probably lived there. Also King Solomon's Mines already exists in BNW, it gives a Production bonus.
