Report a translation problem
Use the theme mixer mod and switch out ruined texture to some other theme's texture and the edges no longer flicker.
(Not entirely sure it was actually the ruined texture, might actually be some other texture since I haven't played the game in a fair while but fairly positive it was the ruined texture. In case I'm mistaken, just go through the other textures switching them out. It's an easy fix anyway)
Anyway, to archelon, this theme is absolutely awesome! I use it with the "realistic" LUT

It looks just like hot and dry California. Great combo for this theme. Awesome job man.
