1) turn on the console
Settings > keyboard > advanced > enable console development.
2) Open the console with "E" or "~" tilde.
3) Write in bind it ( bind "X" "say !menu" )
4) go to the map press X and open the menu.

How to return?

Solution #1
Important!! Don't forget to exit the game, or it will not work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1. Go to the location of the game C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\data\ulib
2. Open the file users.txt
3. Find your nick or STEAM ID and a place to put User Superadmin
Save and you are all ready

Don't forget to exit the game, or will not work

2.Delete the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\data\ulib
3.Delete this folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons Adon ulx+ulib
4.Subscribe to the mod.

1.Go to the properties.
2.Go to the tab local files.
3.click on the button "View local files"
4.And delete it all to hell
5. Check did you remove the incentive game, if not delete, delete via steam yet.

1) Включаем консоль
Настройки > клавиатура > дополнительно > включить консоль разработки.
2) Открываем консоль на "Ё" или "~" тильда.
3) Пишем в нее бинд ( bind "X" "say !menu" )
4) Зайдя на карту нажимаем клавишу "X" и открывается меню.

Вопрос ответ:
Я скачал русский ulx+ulib и добавил себя в группу User или в любую другую а был SuperAdmin
Как вернуть?

Важно!! Не забудьте выйти из игры, или не получится!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1. Зайти в расположение игры C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\data\ulib
2. Открыть файл users.txt
3. Найти свой ник или STEAM ID и место User поставить Superadmin
Сохранить и все готово

Решение #2
Не забудьте выйти из игры, или не получится
1.Отписаться от мода
2.Удалить папку C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\data\ulib
3.Удалить в этой папке C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons адон ulx+ulib
4.Подписаться на мод.

Решение #3
1.Заходим в свойства.
2.Заходим во вкладку локальные файлы.
3.клацаем по кнопке "Посмотреть локальные файлы"
4.И удаляем там все к чертям собачим
5. Проверяем удалена ли игра в стиме, если не удалена удалить через стим еще.
6.Ставим игру заново
7.Профит
