Proof of Concept
due to hardcoded behaviour of the connectors only one port works
luckily for us it's the one of the faces without ridges
right port from default orientation

A container that is to be connected to a ship via connector.

Doesn't require power sources to connect

Could you, please, remove the connector graphical parts from the parts which don't function as connectors? That would solve the issue people are having. Thanks!

Wait...it's seriously hard coded that you can't have four connector ports on one object...in the base code? THAT sucks.

they have same build reqs as regular containers

I can work around only one side connecting but not when crates explode from lightly touching surrounding blocks. Need a serious strength boost imo.
