@miscreant just happens sometimes like that with rico buildings. nothing particular about this one

Thank you for creating this. One question: Is there something unusual about this one's crime generation? I've noticed it rarely doesn't have a high crime problem in the shopping area I have it placed. No other building in that area has this issue (which includes several big box stores) and there's a cop shop across the street from it.

@overlord yes, newer is always better than the old one. Not necessarily optimized more, but definitely better than the older one. The game changes a lot in a small period of time. When I created the first "at home" there weren't many parking lots on the workshop and TMPE parking AI didn't exist. Most assets at the time included parking. Also, many people did not play with More beautification, so signs and other props were included with the model/asset. But those are just two examples of many. And it's not an "old asset" in most cases. This is 100% new asset, but of the same store.

I have a few echnical questions I was always curious in these things. If you decide to release old asset as a new asset. What is different? Is the filesize lower and quality of the asset is higher? Or it is better optimized asset? Or what is different against your original at home asset? Is that for example because as you do more assets you gain more experience and you can create them in higher quality. So it means newer asset from you is better than the old one? Thank you :)
