More Mercantile Mod

Description
This mod adds new Luxury Resources for Mercantile City States into the game. The changes are purely for flavor and they have little effect on the games themselves. The Gods and Kings expansion pack is required to use this mod (Both for Mercantile City States, and for the icon used for Manuscripts). Individual resources can be disabled by deleting or renaming the resource's xml file under XML\Terrain in your mods folder.
The resources added are:

Chocolate
Tea
Manuscripts
Furniture
Glass
Cigars
Artifacts
Paintings
Coffee

It's always baffled me that some of these weren't included to begin with. I mean the cultural, political, and economic rammifications of Tea, Coffee, Chocolate and Tobbacco were huge! The world wouldn't be what it is today without them!
