Description
This is my personal 'leaders' edit. It forces leaders to be somewhat younger, and spreads out advanced age a bit.

LEADER_AGE_HEIR_MIN = 15
LEADER_AGE_HEIR_MAX = 25
LEADER_AGE_MIN = 25
LEADER_AGE_MAX = 30
NEW_HEIR_CHANCE = 0.01
LEADER_AGE_DEATH_CHANCE_AGE = 70
LEADER_AGE_DEATH_CHANCE_INC = 0.001
LEADER_AGE_HIGH_DEATH_CHANCE_AGE = 110
LEADER_AGE_HIGH_DEATH_CHANCE_INC = 0.01

GENERAL_DEATH_CHANCE = 0.01

Also reducing general death chance and new heir chance. The latter does nothing meaningful (you just get a new leader), but if Paradox does nothing official with it I may add a debuff event or something.

2.3 update - changed advanced age parameters. May look at admiral experience gain, but a lot of stuff just doesn't seem to be working.

This little mod is possible to subscribe to, but not to attach to my own collections - perhaps because it's not present in Ariphaoss (main?) workshop but only in "Ariphaoss Personal Mod List"

@sullenskulls not possible unfortunately. You'd have to suggest or request Paradox adds the feature.

The way leaders work in the new Clausewitz engine (Imperator on), this would be possible, however.

Not sure if its within the scope of this mod, but is there any way to modify it, so that any techs/civics etc that add to leader lifespan increases the variance of death age range. Something like adding 75% of the value to leader_age_death_chance, whilst still adding the full value to leader_age_high_death_chance.
Liking the mod though. Just a thought.
