Description

Get your groove on and chill out in lava lamp luxury.
Purple passion, Blue hue, Green machine, and Orange cream.

Lava lamps (or Astra lamps) are decorative novelty items invented in 1963 by British accountant Edward Craven Walker, the founder of the British lighting company Mathmos. He invented the lava lamp after watching a homemade egg timer, which was made from a cocktail shaker filled with liquids, as it was bubbling on a stove top in a pub. Please for safety, do NOT put your lamp on a stove!

Lava lamps come in many colours and four are respresented here. Each lamp can be moved as a separate building to create your own Groovy Lava Lamp scenes.
