Austria has a lot of cores

This mod adds cores on every piece of land, that Austria has ever claimed (exept Spain).

This contains: All of Czechoslovakia, All of Hungary, Northern Part of Yugoslavia, Western Part of Romania,
Silesia, Alsace, Lorraine, Belgium, Luxembourg, Pas-de-Calais, Southern Poland, "The Holy Land" and
the very important city of Tianjin (China).

Note: If you form Austria-Hungary, you lose all your cores. Be aware!
