This mod only adds the Hyperlane Highway Outpost building, unlike http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1317470738 which only removes Outpost upkeep, and http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1317423565 which removes Outpost upkeep and adds the building.

The Hyperlane Highway gives a large boost to sublight speed, and reduces wind-up and wind-down of FTL, more so than the vanilla building avaialable later. It does not increase withdrawal chance from battle though, and costs 4 energy in upkeep, as well as 15 influence to build, so you can choose to expand, or improve your current infrastructure. Hyperlane Highway building require 2 energy, but requires the FTL Inhibitor technology to build.

Overwrites 00_starbases

This was updated to reflect the Hyperlane Highway building. 2 energy upkeep now, and a tech prereq of FTL inhibitors.

This mod is literally what I thought those Hyper relays were gonna be, but they clearly werent so thanks for this mod.

Uh... which other mod? oth of mine that include this building have the FTL Inhibitor as the prereq.

I can do that if you really want to though, it would not be hard at all.

I love that these can be used on outposts... but I prefer the other mod that makes the thrusters the prereq lol

It has to overwrite the vanilla starbase file in order to give Outposts a building slot.

hmmmmm so doesn't touch outpost upkeep or anything else? does it overwrite the vanilla upkeep values at 1? cause I"m using a mod that increases outpost upkeep to 3 !!
