Character Inventory x10

Description
This simply sets the character inventory capacity to ten times the default value.

Now you can play with realistic cargo container capacities but don't need to run back and forth to build even the simplest block.

there is a problem. it modifies character weight or something, and on planets - the character cannot jetpack UP.
