Craftable Mech Blueprints - Anvil Edition

Description

Rewrites Craftable Mech Blueprints to be crafted in the Anvils.
This is intended for people that have problems with the UI (from Extended GUI) that can't be fixed by the Many Tabs Patch.

Common and Uncommon are in the first Anvil.
Rare is in the second Anvil upgrade.
Lengendary is in the third (final) Anvil upgrade.

This is a nice fix to the mod since it wasn't updated for Extended GUI (and the conflict that mod has with Many tabs)
