Ruler Agenda and Traits

Description
Updated for 3.6
Usable for 3.7, but new traits are not updated.

Features
  • Choose agenda and traits for your rulers

  • All vanilla ruler traits and their technology requirements are included

  • Rulers can slowly level up (to your leader level cap). First bonus trait at level 5 and second at level 8

  • Leaders now guaranteed to gain one bonus trait at level 5 (provided they haven't gained one before)

  • Select your first governor's trait


The above features DO NOT affect AIs.

If you want more bonus traits, type "event at_select_ruler_traits.02" in the console (ideally after selecting the first two traits).

Compatibility
  • Probably will have issues with mods use vanilla agenda file.

  • Not achievement compatible

It doesn't work with the current patch. I made this with my own personal balance mod, couldn't finish it because PDX kept re-balancing leaders. With the Astral Plane DLC, there are more leader changes incoming, I'm holding off until then.

Believe me, I've been very frustrated with the RNGs myself, had to use console commands way too much than I care for :c

Please give you best, you the one hope to fix this 3.8 bullshit.
It's absolutely terrible to be inundated with negative traits and not being able to do anything about it.

I will need some time to figure out the new system and what needs to be changed. Probably add some techs to increase leader caps if possible :D
