Description
Agent's actions vs armyes ruined you game? This mode balance this part of the game. What i changed?

1) Agent's action vs armyes do not stop them.

2) Agent's action vs armyes do not suppress there ability to reinforce.

3) Spy's subterfuge actions vs army and settlements now damage only single unit.

4) Spy's zeal action vs settlement is now damage all building, same as champion zeal action. But spy deal two time less damage.

5) Both, succsessful and failed actions, give to target 75% chance to avoid other actions in this turn

6) Then agent fail action, he gain -25% chance to avoid actions agains him

Bribery is bullsh*it agreed, especially when 3 diplomats do it in one turn...

Just wish there was a mod removing the Bribe Unit ability, Sick of elite units vanishing in the middle of hostile territory.

The main thing why I want use this mod because spies can't cut off reinforcement as its said.

Game just not lauch when I add this mod. Maybe because I use game with patch 17. Many mods at this time not compatible with latest patch.
