Cheats Galore

Purpose:
To provide a boost or reduction on certain elements of the campaign to allow the player to play at the highest difficulty with a handicap.


Background:
I became interested in learning how to mod, even if it was very minimal changes. It has been a successful adventure.


Materials/Methods:
For anyone looking to mod themselves, look into modding by Magnus, his video was very helpful on what program(s) you will need to mod.

Results:
This mod does the following for the player at all difficulty levels:
1. Reduces the upkeep by 300 coin
2. Increases the global recruitment to 6.
3. Increases the local recruitment in provinces to 6.
4. Increases growth by 200 (percent? growth points? not sure yet).
5. Increases tax rate by 100 (percent? coin? not sure yet).

Conclusion:
I can add more handicaps to this mod. Please suggest anything you may like in the comments and I will get to it if I ever get bored searing the flesh off of the bones of my enemies with Kroq-Gar's Hand of the Gods :D

I also know that "Galore" is defined as 'an abundance of something', and theres really only 3 things that really change, but I am willing to add more if there is anything anyone would like. I guess for now, galore references the amount of time I spent learning how to do simple modding (~6hrs).
