Fēnix pre-creation (Avalon)

Before Fēnix is born you can explore Avalon already in Planet Coaster!

Fēnix is the upcoming B&M wing coaster scheduled to open on 7 July 2018 at Toverland, The Netherlands.

I created this whole area in Planet Coaster based on the released artwork and some of the actual building plans, everything on 1:1 scale. This project was completed before the actual coaster was built. Everything you see will probably be a lot different in real life. This is just my view on the magical world of Avalon.

In addition to the coaster you can also explore the waters of Avalon on Merlin’s Quest. There is a separate video of this boat ride. (See video above)

Notes and issues
• The boats have a large chimney. But to keep the scale correct I could not extend the bridges that high. So the chimney will clip through those bridges. Hopefully we will get new lower boats in the future.
• Coaster may not be super smooth. I had a hard to getting it perfectly smooth and at the same time staying in the correct actual coaster layout. So I got a middle ground compromise.
