Compatible with New Frontier 2020 - Gathering Storm - Rise and Fall - Vanilla

The Powhatan Civilization is led by Chief Wahunsenacawh.

Leader Trait: First Encountered
Units have +1 movement when starting in friendly territory. He receives +1 Culture from Envoys in City-States.
Unique Leader Unit: Metench (replaces the Builder): +1 charge, +1 base sight range, it can not be captured by barbarians.

Civilization Trait: Tsenacommacah
+3% gold per every city-state you are the Suzerain for. Encampment buildings provide +2 Food each.

Unique Unit: Weroance (replaces the Settler): +1base sight range. It can not be captured by the barbarians.

Unique building: Yehakins: It grants +3 envoys and +2 housings.

Agenda: Blood Money: Likes civilizations who are their declared friend. Hates civilizations who backstab and declare surprise wars.

-now it should not interfere with units re-scaling mods.
-reduce mod size

Am I the only one that would like a page of all Gedemos Civs? I love his Civs, some of the best work Ive seen in regards to custom Civs. Get like, a Cluster page of all the Civs, All the City-States, and all the Leaders in bunches xD

@Huan Thanks for your feedback!! indeed a loadorder problem prevented fisheries and other specific improvements to be buildable. now it is fixed.(see the last screenshot).
@Kurtis: all works fine for me: you should have what appears in the penultimate screenshot

Powhatan's a cool dude, I'm liking the suzerain civs more and more. I notice that there's been no update since last March, so maybe that's causing an issue that I'm having, although Adyen might've had a similar problem? My metenches (unique worker) can't build fisheries

When starting with this civilization I start with only a Settler, no warrior.

There is a piece of code inside that should allow all the improvements as long as it concerns the builders.
