A Charger from the TDM pack. Includes: Roof Light Bar, Front Bumper Lights, Rear Bumper Lights, Speed Cameras. If you have Body Group Changer, use the police skin. CONTROLS: L: Lights | kp_end: Left Back Camera | kp_down: Right Back Camera

where do i go for the body group changer ive looked in the workshop for it ive never been able to find it

I found them on the workshop and simply welded them onto the vehicle. Nothing special.

Did you make the E2 code for the lights flashing? Like, did you actually customize the lights or found them and welded them? (This answer helps with what I want to ask)

You don't NEED to. Most of the cars are available on the workshop.
