Description
KENTA had an outstanding run in Japan before coming to the United States, winning the GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship and the Junior Heavyeight Tag Team Championship each three times in addition to winning the GHC Heavyweight Championship in 2013 and the 2012 Global League.

After debuting in NXT as Hideo Itami, he targeted the dominant Ascension, often defending others beign assaulted by the tag team. Itami introduced Finn Bálor as his partner, and the two defeated The Ascension at TakeOver: R Evolution. Itami then began pursuing the NXT Championship, but suffered a serious should injury that sideline him for over a year. Itami returned in summer 2016 at live events, only to injure his neck.

When he finally returned to NXT television in spring 2017, Itami confronted then-NXT Champion Booby Roode. Roode defeated Itami in a title match, causing Itami to become frustrated and take out his aggression on his next opponents.

Itami seemed to stay to be on the verge of breaking out in NXT, but failed to capture the brand's top belt. In late 2017, Itami joined the main roster and was assigned to 205 Live. An early defeat in the tournament to crown a new Cruiserweight Champion seems to have only furthered Itami's frustration.

In 2019, KENTA made his return to Japan after signing with NJPW. He competed in the G1 that year and joined the Bullet Club.

I use DLC all the time, but after uploading an edit, I never add later DLC, which would prevent anyone who subscribed to the original version and did not buy the new DLC from using that edit. If a major change is needed, I freeze the old version and upload a new one using DLC.

The DLC Okada hair would look good, but I can’t use it without adding DLC and locking out anyone who doesn’t have the NJPW DLC. You can edit if you’d like by cloning him in your game.

Just seen footage from the last two Destruction shows and he's changed his kneepads and kickpads to all black....also might make the legs less bulky if you choose to make that change.

It's still KENTA, but I keep forgetting to change that on the Workshop upload page, so when I update him, the name on the workshop changes back to Itami despite the edit's name being KENTA.

I just noticed here he's still Hideo Itami, but on the game you did rename him to KENTA.

I’ve been debating whether to rename this one or leave it as is, then make a separate KENTA.
