How to get rich

There are two things vital to your success in this game: experience and gold.

There's one way of getting experience, and that's bringing out your sword, bow, axe or favorite spell and start slaughtering the enemies that you face along your travels and during quests.

Money can be earned in a lot of ways, such as completing quests, selling stuff you don't need or be really good at card games. And this one trick that I'm about to show you, will give you enough gold to murder the entire population of Knothole Glade, buy all of the houses AND STILL be able to pay your debt.

WHAT YOU NEED
  • Diamonds, a significant collection of them
  • Gold, a few thousand would do
  • Guile (this is optional and it will still work without any level of guile, but it might become easier)

LOCATION(S)
  • Bowerstone North


STEP 1: Save all the diamonds that you find during your travels. Don't sell them, they'll make this a lot easier.

STEP 2: Complete the Arena quest which will give you access to Bowerstone North and, more importantly, the general store in that area.

STEP 3: Go to Bowerstone North during daytime and visit the store in the middle of town.

STEP 4: SAVE YOUR GAME!

STEP 5: Talk to the store owner to start a trading session.

STEP 6: Take a look at what gifts he has to sell. He will most likely have about 50 diamonds for sale to a low price, due to being high on stock.

STEP 7: Buy all of those diamonds.

STEP 8: Without closing the trading screen and returning to the game, go to your inventory and sell ALL of the diamonds that you've got to the store.

STEP 9: Now go back and re-buy all of the diamonds you just sold.

STEP 10: Repeat STEP 6-9. Doing this will give you a significant profit for each time you sell your diamonds. You'll earn more money than you lose from buying them. Free money!

STEP 11: When you've had enough, buy all of the diamonds and then return to game.

STEP 12: SAVE YOUR GAME! You can come back in a few days and find that the store has a new, large amount of diamonds in stock. Repeat this action with even more diamonds to get even more gold, even faster.

TIP: Remember that you don't have a limited inventory, so start collecting those precious stones.

u can do dis as soon as u unlock bowerstone south, pretty much as long as something has a green "profit" number in the item description at that shop u can make an infinite profit by buying and selling it back to that merchant over and over again

the general goods merchant at the front gate in bowerstone south will do stuff like applies, pies, and chocolates

1. farm skill xp off guards in lookout point
2. buy all the mana pots you can from guild, BSS, and oakvale (this all before waspqueen quest, every part of what im putting is do-able just after u leave the guild.)
3. sell those mana pots only to the oakvale vendor once hes out of stock (he has best profit yield) until you have what fund you wish
4. buy yourself a master bow, sword, and plate armor.
5. piss on the rest of these guides because you are now fuckin leet til u replace that stuff with legendary stuff. (with silver keys etc)
6. if using the non-aniversary game u can hero save exploit too. :)

1. Go to Bowerstone south
2. talk to the first vendor in town (hes to your right as soon as you enter Bowerstone south)
3. Buy all the apple pies (or the red meat)
4. Sell all your apple pies and or red meat to the vendor that you just bought them from.
Rinse and repeat to become rich!

P.S Can be done with most produce and gifts, as long as the margin between the price that you bought and sold for is in the green.

I remember as a 10 year old little shit that I played Fable on the original xbox and MY method of Free money was to put your trophies in a House you own, sell the house, break into the house and take your trophies back, buy the house, repeat.

10 year old me really wanted that Solus Greatsword yet somehow still felt bad enough to load a previous save.

You know, the first time I got a Solus Greatsword was almost before the Jack of Blades (1st) battle. But with this method I was able to make about 250k gold in less than 50 seconds. It almost feels broken, but it simply made the game a lot faster. Thank you, sir!

Just take your diamonds to oakvale you get over 100k or close to it per time of doing it if you buy 2 full shipments of diamonds from bowerstone north which is 96 diamonds or more.
