Bs Condo HI-RISE No-Rico L4 3x2 by HGscMENTOR

This is just a "filler" that upcoming gamesave will grab now and then to "fill" odd-size lots in residential areas as those lots level up to Level-4. It just keeps the "theme" of the gamesave, whereas other buildings this size might be wayyy off from that esthetic.

This is a copy of the L5 version (without the trees in front)....just for areas that cannot level up to L5 because of property values.
