Alien Artifact

Description
This strange artifact has been dropped by extraterrestrials to help enhance the human race. It is an early game wonder that provides a boost to science. Two of them can be built, each by a different city.

The artifact boosts a Civilization's Research and Faith and provides points towards a Great Engineer.
