I changed the level a bit and now the issues should be gone. Thanks for the help!

Afraid I cheesed this one badly. I was able get enough overspill of speed gel on the floor of the first room, like so, http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1289858898 to get across to the bounce gel area. After that, it was just a matter of painting the exit area appropriately and I was out. Did all this because I couldn't figure out the intended solution.
Edit: just as I was finishing typing this, the intended solution came to me. That was clever. Fun map, both ways, thanks for creating.
