A nice scenic 3D rendered view from a game called Transport Fever.
Some horse drawn carriages go by now and again with a more infrequent cargo steam train.

The camera angle doesn't move and objects like the train move across the screen making it a good still background with occasional action for those that don't want constant chaos on their desktop.
