Adds a new wonder the Grottoes of Mogao to the game.

Description:
Grottoes of Mogao gives 1 faith and 1 culture on desert tiles to the city who has built this wonder.

Compatible only with G&K

Deserts are usually not very desirable plots of lands and as such it was made with that in mind

This is a fun wonder, but I think it might be a bit too strong for the tech level it is built at. Would you consider a rebalance?

@vernontan, it seems to work fine with BNW so far. I've built it in two BNW games.
Might be a bit OP if the city has significant desert hexes. Just made GoM in a city with 8 current [+2 more in work zone] desert hexes that resulted in about a 1/3 jump in overall empire culture and faith per turn. This was at about turn 180+. In the other game, the city had only one desert hex so the effect was not so startling.
