Description
UPDATE 4/17/2019: Unfortunately it appears the creator of the jersey barrier prop removed it from the workshop, so this asset will no longer work properly.

This is the four-lane highway modified to be 2-way with a jersey barrier prop in the middle. This is designed for those who want a jersey barrier but don't want to lay the prop out themselves or have it count toward the prop limit.

I've also changed it so it will operate like a blend between an avenue and an actual highway. Intersections should operate similar to a road, but the speed and capacity is more like a highway. There is no parking or zoning on this road.
The intent is that it should provide some additional options for crowded areas that need a high volume road.

NOTE: This should not be used on steep slopes as the barrier prop does not go on an angle with the road, leading to it not looking right.

I have a solution for you all. Czardus, you could open this network in asset editor, delete the missing prop from whichever lane it's in. Upload that barrier-less version as an update (so, no *prop* barrier on this item)
Then users will subscribe to this stroke of genius by Arnold J. Rimmer, Bsc. Ssc, a Jersey barrier that is a network (wow!) which means it will conform to slopes and bend smoothly just like any fence or road, and all you have to do is drag and place. Use the mod Parallel Road Tool so that you don't have to do anything to make the barrier network stay in perfect position. It will follow the median of this road exactly. Attention anyone who would still like to use this: You can download the original jersey barrier prop from here: http://smods.ru/archives/5672 <--- I loaded up my save the other day and noticed my jersey barriers were gone. I was disappointed to see that, it was one of the very first assets I downloaded when CS released. You'll have to put it in your local directory rather than the workshop directory, but the game will still find it.

Worked great, but today the barrier stopped showing up. Not sure what happened? I unloaded all my recent mods, removed and readded this road, but still the barrier won't show up again. So strange. ???
