Before i start with the description,i want to make clear one thing.This modpack uses models and textures from different community mods,created by other users.So every model/texture that you will see is a modified version of already existing mods to make this mod come to life.I DON'T claim any credits or copyrights for the models/textures.What i have done is to write/modify/mix the code to create the Antimatter Modpack.Please check what Mods used/Creators on the discussion topic area.




The whole idea started when i tried to replace some old dated textures from a forgotten mod:

and i ended up to this after a month of editing. xD
Maybe some people will say that this mod contains godlike blocks/weapons,but the truth is that antimatter itself in real life is overpowered anyway!!!

The real problem with antimatter is that its extremely difficult and expensive to produce.Using info from this link[angelsanddemons.web.cern.ch] i found that the energy required to produce 1 gram of antimatter is 90,000 GJ.With some extra search in the web i found that if it was possible to create an antimatter specialised factory,it will gonna need around 180,000 GJ of energy for 1 single antimatter gram.That translates that if it was "ever possible" a particle accelerator to produce 1 gram of antimatter per second,it needs a reactor to produce 180,000GW of energy to do so.Well the truth is that in CERN,the biggest particle accelerator in the world,thing its much more complicated but lets continue...



Now some science fiction.XQ-69 Unoctquadium Prototype Reactor is used to give a such an unreal amount of energy to X-76 Experimental Particle Accelerator and for fuel it uses Unoctquadium 184 element....

Unknown elements not discovered yet,can be predicted in the periodic table,what properties will probably have.To compare it with Uranium,has atomic number 92 and weight 238.Unoctquadium has atomic number 184 and weight 508 and also "magic" number of protons/neutrons,that means its stable compared with similar elements that exists for a few nanoseconds,and probably can produce unthinkable amount of energy.
To find Unoctquadium 184,you need to search for an unidentified element in the surface of a Brown Dwarf T-Class star [www.whillyard.com] and then with a specialized reaction,you can create it.How is it possible to land on a star without evaporate? Scientists sais that Brown Dwarfs are the coolest stars on the universe and a T-Class has theoritical surface temperatures between 700-1300K...





Ok lets start to explain how things are work and how to use it...


First of all as said you need to land on a Brown Dwarf.The only way to find one is to spawn it in Creative (Shift-F10) and then switch again the save to Survival,if you want to use it in this mode.Then you start searching for unidentified element ore spots.Warning:The Brown Dwarf star has atmospheric damage script and slowly will start to destroy your ship and if you expose your self outside from a ship you will die in a minute ( 1 dmg per second ), so prepair and act wisely.
When you mine the unidentified element,use the XR-17 Nuclear Transmutation Device,and throught a specialized reaction you create the Unoctquadium 184.Warning:Refine ONLY in a station.Unoctquadium 184 its extremely heavy (1 piece = 1000kg).
Then use it in the XQ-69 Unoctquadium Prototype Reactor to give energy to the X-76 Experimental Particle Accelerator (requires 180.000GW) to produce antimatter.



You can use it as fuel for thrusters(planet flight with an antimatter powered ship now becomes very exciting xD ).To create antimatter warheads and torpedos.Use in a modified badass cannon that spits antimatter particles.Use it in overkill bullets.






XR-17 Nuclear Transmutation Device.
Use:
-Unidentified element reaction produce Unoctquadium 184.
-Transmute Carbon to Synthetic Diamond.
-Refine Ice to Hydrogen.
-Hydrogen fusion to produce Helium.


XQ-69 Unoctquadium Prototype Reactor.
Use:
-Godlike reactor that uses Unoctquadium 184 as fuel,to produce insane amount of energy for the X-76 Experimental Particle Accelerator.
-Minimum 1000 Uuo184 to make it work otherwise its like offline.


X-76 Experimental Particle Accelerator.
Use:
-Produce antihydrogen (antimatter) from hydrogen.


F-03 Antimatter Generator for Thrusters.
Use:
-Uses antihydrogen as fuel for the QR-3 Overcharged Antimatter Thruster and B-29 Antimatter Thruster.


B-29 Antimatter Thruster.
Use:
-10MN Antimatter Thruster for large ships
-0.5MN Antimatter Thruster for small ships
Warning:Everything around it melts from gamma radiation.


QR-3 Overcharged Antimatter Thruster.
Use:
-100MN Antimatter Thruster for large ships
-5MN Antimatter Thruster for small ships
Warning:Everything around it melts from gamma radiation.


JX-5 Antimatter Torpedo Launcher.
Use:
-Fires an expensive and slow moving torpedo but with infinite amount of damage and a huge blast radius (25 blocks).
-Can be countered from automatic turrets.
-60 seconds reload.


VX-99 Hybrid Antimatter Blaster.
Use:
-A badass cannon that fires charged projectiles using strong magnetic fields,combined with antimatter particles.
-Extremely fast.
-10 second reload.
-2 type of ammo.Antimatter slug and Neutron Shockwave slug.


V-2 Antimatter Warhead.
Use:
-Small block antimatter warhead for your missile designs etc


X-8 Overkill Antimatter Warhead.
Use:
-Large block antimatter warhead for your missile designs etc but with huge amount of damage and blast radius (15 blocks).


Z-99 Antimatter Rifle.
Use:
-An overkill rifle that spits antimatter bullets.





Hydrogen: Produced from ice in the XR-17 NTD.

Superfluid Helium: Liquid Helium at -270.98 degrees Celsius temperature in its unique superfluid form.Produced from hydrogen fusion in the XR-17 NTD and used as coolant component for the Advanced Superfluid Radiator.

Unidentified Element: Ore throught reaction produce Unoctquadium 184 in the XR-17 NTD.

Carbon: Can be found in asteroids and transmute to Synthetic Diamond in the XR-17 NTD.

Synthetic Diamond: Component for the Advanced Superfluid Radiator and Quantum Computer.

Antihydrogen: Used as fuel in the F-03 Antimatter Generator for Thrusters.As component for JX-5 Torpedo,VX-99 Slug,Z-99 Antimatter Rifle Ammo and Antimatter Containment Device.




All antimatter tech blocks uses specialized components like Antimatter Containment Device,Powerfull Artificial Magnets,Advanced Superfluid Radiator and Quantum Computer.
