After the Outer Rims Shipyards Failed to Produce a City ship the politicians and the admiralty got in a spat over what to do next. Then to make matters worst a young captian went about bragging on public broadcast that he could build a dreadnought from the remains of the dead project at the cost of only his frigate. When both the admiralty and politicians heard this they stripped him of ship and rank. Protesting the punishment the ex-captian sued the government for his rank and command back. The battle in the courts waged on for six months gaining attention of media, politicans, and the admiralty. With growing presure to make the case disappear by the politicans and admiralty on the court. One the three judges looked at the case in the Supreme courts came up with a noval idea. The Judge proposed this "This court battle and storing/recycling the remains of that failed project are wasting more money than building building a frigate would. So lets let the ex-captian put his career where his oversized mouth is!. If he can build a functioning dreadnought from the remains of that ship for the cost of a frigate we will not only give him back his rank and command but make him an admiral and the dreadnought his flagship. However should he fail to build a functioning dreadnought for the cost of the frigate he will have to publicly apoligise on national broadcast, be barred from ever serving in military service again, and pay the nation what it cost to build his dreadnought. He has 1 year to complete the project!" With the order from the judge and presure from being the joke of the media, politicans, and admiralty the ex captian had no choice but to put his carreer where his mouth was. 11 mouths 23 days later the Dreadnought dubbed Turtle's Folley by both the admiralty and the politicans saw its first combat under the excaptian's command when the shipyard in which it was being constructed at came under simultaneous attack by both the largest xostan fleet and largest pirate fleet ever seen. When the two corvettes, and frigate ( the ex-captian's old ship containing most of the ex-captains old crew) guarding the yard were taken out. The Dreadnought BattleBreaker broke its morings with all the personel from the shipyard on board under the ex-captians command rescued the survivors of the downed ships then single handly destoryed both the enemy fleets. At a cost of 4/5th a frigate to build the new High Admiral's Flagship was dubbed the Turtle Dreadnought Class for its shape and victory in combat. Since then the New High Admiral has been in constant combat while poloticans alike fear he might put his career where his mouth is again.

The only oganite used on the ship is small hull plates on the command section at the front where I have mounted salvage weapons and the top of the shell a small section of hull where I have mounted seeker missiles. Everything else is trinium or xanion
