-JSO- Levelled lists Module

Description
-Jimmy's Skyrim Overhaul-
Levelled lists module

Hey guys, Jimmy here. Whilst I thoroughly enjoyed Skyrim, and enjoyed playing through with and without mods, there was a lot of things which I thought were never truly adressed, or not adressed in the way I would like. A lot of mods changed to much for me; so I have created a series of modules, made with compatibility in mind and to change simple things.

This Module adresses the fact that the way progression and scaling is handled by the game is lackluster. It's an improvement on Oblivion and all bandits having Daedric equipment by far; but it still needs refining. Why should a bandit have Dwemer equipment? Why don't these Orcs wear Orcish armour? I try my best to fix these inconsistencies as well as work on keeping the game both challenging and fun at all levels.
List of changes:

-Enemy Levels-
Now, rather than enemies having set static levels, every enemies level can fluctuate by around 5 levels. This means combat will not get too easy when you get better equipment as the enemies will still be rather tough. If you're level 1 a bandit will be level 1 and a bandit thug will be level 9, but if you're level 15 the thug will be lvl 14 and the bandit lvl 6. See what I mean? In addition, certain factions will start at higher levels. Thalmor and Forsworn will be much higher in levels than you at lvl 1, and don't even bother trying to fight Dremora...

-Enemy Equipment-
It always irked me how fast you progress through equipment. You go from Iron to Orcish in about 5 levels, and have Daedric / Dragon by 30 usually. Now, you won't be able to find better equipment until much higher levels, if at all. The basic loot you find in dungeon chests no longer includes foreign materials (Dwarven, Orcish, Elven, Glass, Ebony, Daedric, or Dragon) and you cannot find these materials outside of their respective factions. Even then, the higher level materials will be extremely rare, and certain materials (Daedric, Stahlrim and Dragon) can only be crafted.

-Enemy Variation-
If you see a bandit thug Dark Elf, and a bandit thug Nord, they're basically the same enemy, right? Not anymore. Dark Elves will be more likely to be found wearing native armours (Chitin, Bonemold, etc.) along with Orcs wearing Orcish armour. Other bandits will only scale up to Scaled / Plate armour, whilst chiefs will occasionally get Nordic Carved armour.

-Weapon Rebalance-
The tiers of weapon damage had a few inconsistencies. In Morrowind, Orcish was some of the best weaponry, yet it is terrible in Skyrim. Orcish weapons are now ranked between Ebony and Daedric, whilst their old position has been filled with "Elven Light" weapons, which you can find on early level Thalmor.

As of ever, this mod affects all enemies/creatures etc. in both Dawnguard and Dragonborn, and therefore requires both. Due to the way this mod works, it will require both, sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thanks as always for checking this out and feel free to leave comments and feedback! :)

A random naked dark elf wizard attacked me. I feel like she should have had chitin armor or some form of robe on and I have the Dragonborn DLC. Did this random dunmer lady just decide not to wear any clothes that or did she not have any clothes from the start? (There weren't any clothes or armor in her inventory after I killed her.)

Wow! Thank you so much for this mod! I (like @Reach Reclaimer) used Morrowloot from trainwiz, I personally prefer the ability to still craft armor and weapons.
Definitely gonna fav, as it's good you were able to do this!

Wow this mod is great and needs more people to see it, while i enjoyed morrowloot which is sort of the same concept (in a way) there were some things that irked me and I thinkg this fixes them. Thankyou for this mod.

This is working out great. Every little thing to immerse myself in the experience is a bonus and this does a good job at that.
