A Level 4 low residential cube house
This building belongs to a set of buildings. They all are growable buildings. They can be used along with Feindbild's great eurorow houses and acutally have the same beackground - they both were built in the 1800s but these ones here are more cubes tenement blocks instead of gigantic house rows. While looking like mansions they actually are also tenements.

Please do read these information regarding prop and mod usage
I used some props in these buildings, however only the fences and hedges are marked as necessary. You can subscribe to the other props all at once in the attached collection.

While these houses are growables, the ingame zoning doesn't work with these lot sizes. I therefore recommend you to use the Ploppable RICO Mod or Plop the Growables
The assets are optimized to be used with these mods and so all have a small icon in their thumbnails.

This set of cube houses looks absolutely lovely, but unfortunately non of them work for me. In the theme manager it says "not loaded", also they don't appear in RICO.

Are there any mods or DLSs that these houses don't work with?

@Titan
Hallo Titan
Außerdem wird "611142689.QM_Glass_RV_Data" bei QuartierM - Residential, lvl 5, 4x4 als doppelter Asset-Name angezeigt.

I love this, very well designed and quite true to reality, however there are props missing from the workshop which LSM keeps flagging - flowers1, flowers2 and flowers3. It works fine without them but no longer quite matches the screens above. Would be great if you could replace those props with something current.

A very welcome addition to the low res housing in game. Thanks!

Herrlich!

@baronjutter: They would have too much households as high density buildings, so either way, it's wrong :D If you want to, use RICO and you can set the amount of households by yourself. :)

love these new buildings you've done, and the new fences! Danke dir!

How would I make these high density residential instead? As low they only have 1 household but they are obviously apartments.
