Лутовая на 7 этаже. По размерам большая, удобная. В ней 24 сундука, 6 печек, стол исследований, верстак.
Этажом выше стоят дополнительно 12 печек и 4 кровати.
Дом имеет три уровня отстрела, на 4 этаже внешней стены дома и на 6, 8 этажах дома.
Есть быстрый спуск с 6 этажа дома на землю.
Дом защищён слоём фундаментов треугольных и квадратных вокруг дома.
