Soy Milk Buff

Description
A relatively simple mod to improve soy milk and make it a relatively good item

The mod entirely removes knockback with soy milk, and reduces the damage penalty to 66% instead of 80%.

@lorwnbr_957 the mod bar and steam workshop mods were introduced with afterbirth+, any mod on the workshop will only work with both expansions downloaded and if you want mods for rebirth, only download mods that spesificlly say that they are rebirth compatible from this site https://moddingofisaac.com
