Description
Caution:This is the beta version which means some of the functions are not guarantede to work.In order to make everything work well.

Nero is a fictional animation character created by Type-Moon, who is inspired by but totally not relevant to HISTORICAL Nero.

English and Simplfied Chinese supported.

Civilization :Rome
Leader: Nero
LA:Laus Saint Claudius:
+100% production towards theater, +50% production towards theater buildings.
Theater can release a culture bomb.
-30% gold towards settlers.

UD:Forum Romanum:
Replace Entertainment Complex.Unlocked by "Early empire". Can conduct project "Nero Festival".
Yield Culture for city and district adjacence.
Adjacence Culture increace after obtaining "Nationalism".
Each Forum Romanum can return 3% great peaple points after a great person is obtained.
Get gold bonus upon completing.
Yield +1 great writer ,+1 great merchant ,+2 great general points.

UP:Nero Festival:
Need District "Forum Romanum".
Convertproduction intoCulture and Gold.
Yield general great people points.
Yield Gold as 4 times of current culture yield at the completing turn.

Agenda:Rosa Caelestis:
Try to expand her empire and gather culture. Likes civilizations with high income and culture, dislikes civilizations with low income and culture.

Would it be possible to commission you to make Zenobia from FATE/GO as a leader for the Byzantine Empire?

I know she's the leader of Palmyra, but seeing as Palmyra's not in the game, it was really between Rome or the Byzantine Empire.

I do apologize if this comes off as a rude request.

大家都在说UD给剧院的+2问题，这个不改的话就算了。剧院这版本基本就是废物，指望它给文化不如敲UD，敲完给钱给文化。
对于无模式无战飞天来说，其实就凭三个半价区域（剧院、娱乐、水渠）已经挺强了，娱乐能补文化，水渠和娱乐加的宜居度，玩玩工辅还是不错的。
最关键的一点，进黄金时代金币买移民-30，LA-30。也就是说古典以后全程4折移民，铺的飞快。

还有啊，作者对LA的描述可能有点不规范：“金钱”应该改为“金币”，“移民”应该改为“开拓者”，并加上图标。

我只听说过特色区域比比原来的强，没听说过比原来的弱，娱乐区只给剧院加1，作者你是哪个版本的活化石？
剧院给大将军点数，我要那么多大将军干啥？斗地主吗？打征服你这玩意不如罗马，打文化胜利不如毛子，里外不是人。
特色项目很不错，所以为什么不能买剧院里的建筑打折呢？
和圣地相邻有加成，我不知道这有什么意义，你觉得你这玩意能发教？圣地，剧院，娱乐区，几个区域了？前期节奏不要了是吧？

老是容易闪退不知道为啥
